Shipping Delays

The current increased demand on shipping carriers nationwide continues to impact package delivery schedules, resulting in order delays. Please know it may take longer than normal for you to receive your shipping confirmation email, and we are working to ship your order to you as soon as possible.

What is the status of my order?

Your order should ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will ship the next business day. Transit time begins the day after leaving our facility.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
The email will allow you to click on a link to the UPS website and track your order.
You may also check your order status on our Order Status page or from My Account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we strive to ship it as quickly as possible. Therefore we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.

At NurseMates.com, Standard UPS ground shipping is always free for orders totaling $60 or more unless website disclaimers state otherwise. Orders containing item(s) marked "Final Sale" will incur an $8 shipping charge.

Do you charge sales tax?

The applicable state and local taxes to be charged to your credit card for your online order will be calculated prior to order confirmation during the Checkout process. If you modify your shipping address after taxes have been calculated, your taxes will be adjusted accordingly.
